Custom SEG Fabric

Custom silicone-edge graphics sized to fit a customer's existing hardware extrusion. Premium 6 oz. polyester fabric is UV printed in full CMYK and finished with 10 mm silicone keder for a clean, precise fit.

Pricing: Non-lit fabric is $2.73 per sq. ft. and backlit fabric is $4.375 per sq. ft., with a $75 minimum charge.

Important: Order dimensions should match the visible graphic area. Do not add bleed for the silicone edge.

File Setup

• Accepted file formats: JPEG or single-page PDF
• Color space: CMYK
• Resolution: 150 dpi for raster images
• Maximum file upload size: 300 MB
• Submit artwork built to the ordered size; scaled artwork is automatically detected and fit to the order.
• Do not include crop marks or bleeds.
• Double-sided products require two separate files unless otherwise specified in the artwork template.

Additional tips: Convert Pantone/spot colors to CMYK, convert live fonts to outlines, and use the provided design template when available.
