Materials, durability & installation
Construction: 2.4-mil polymeric vehicle vinyl plus a 1.3-mil clear cast laminate.
Durability: Expected outdoor lifespan of up to 5 years with proper installation and care on vertical vehicle panels. Actual lifespan varies with climate, sun exposure and maintenance. This lifespan estimate is not a five-year warranty.
Best placement: Doors, vehicle sides and tailgates with flat surfaces or simple curves. Hood and roof exposure causes faster weathering; this kit is intended for vertical panels. Deep recesses and complex curves require special installation techniques.
Installation: Apply to a clean, dry surface at 60–100°F. Installed vinyl service range: −20–150°F.
